This Refund Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and plan changes are handled for KaelSite subscriptions, provided by Finodax Ltd. It forms part of our [Terms of Service] — please read it alongside that document.

Subscriptions are bought and managed on the KaelSite website (kaelsite.com). The KaelSite mobile app does not offer purchases, and we do not sell subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play, so Apple's and Google's refund processes do not apply to KaelSite subscriptions.

1. No refunds after activation

Once a KaelSite subscription has been activated, payments are non-refundable. This applies to both monthly and annual billing cycles, including where a subscriber:

Chooses to cancel partway through a billing period
Does not use, or under-uses, the features included in their plan
Changes their mind after activation

Your subscription will remain active, and you will retain access to your plan's features, until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

2. Downgrades

If you downgrade your subscription (e.g. moving to a lower-tier plan, or reducing add-ons), no cash refund is issued for the difference already paid in the current billing period.

The value of your current plan continues to apply until the end of the current billing period.
Any unused balance resulting from the downgrade is credited against future billing periods rather than refunded.
The downgraded plan, pricing, and feature limits take effect from your next billing cycle onward.
3. Upgrades

If you upgrade your subscription during a billing period, the new plan and pricing take effect as described at checkout. Any additional amount charged reflects the upgraded plan going forward.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel at any time in your account settings on the KaelSite website (kaelsite.com), which stops future billing. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current, already-paid period, you will retain access until that period ends, per Section 1.

5. Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits any right you may have under applicable law, including statutory rights available to consumers in the UK under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015, where these apply to your purchase. We assess any such statutory requests on a case-by-case basis, contact us using the details below.

6. Billing errors

If you believe you have been charged in error (e.g. a duplicate charge or incorrect amount), contact us as soon as possible. Genuine billing errors will be corrected, which may include a refund of the erroneous amount — this is separate from, and not a waiver of, the no-refund policy in Section 1.

7. How to request a plan change or cancellation

Plan downgrades, upgrades, and cancellations can be managed directly from your KaelSite account settings, or by contacting us at [admin@kaelsite.com].

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of KaelSite after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
